Passport Bank:
Please allow me to keep a copy of the first page of your passport. If it should be stolen or lost, call and give me the fax number of the Embassy or Consulate. If I fax the copy you should receive a new passport in one or two days. Without the first page, it will take closer to 2 weeks.
Keep all copies of prescriptions, tickets, passports, credit/debit cards, etc. separate from originals in case of loss. Keep these types of important documents with you or in your carry-on bag – do not pack these in your luggage in case of loss.
